Megan Timm, Attorney at Law, M.B.A.
Megan Timm practices primarily in the Flathead Valley of Montana, where she and her husband Jacob have been residents since 2009. She practices in the Montana Justice, District, and Supreme Courts as well as the federal United States District Court for the State of Montana.
Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montana State University - Billings with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and then attended the University of Montana for her graduate studies. She graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law while simultaneously earning a Master of Business Administration degree. As a law student, she served as the executive editor for the Volume 78, Issue 1 of the Montana Law Review.
After gaining experience in a wide variety of legal matters, Megan has limited her practice to focus on divorces that do not involve minor children. By directing her attention solely to the most challenging aspects of property valuation and division, she continuously hones her skills and develops innovative ways to find and present the evidence her clients need to obtain an equitable outcome.
“To say Megan is incredible at her job is an understatement. She has done two unique cases for me now and she has impressed me both times.”
